El Dorado Hills Handbook and Photos

The El Dorado Hills Handbook is the definitive source of historical information about the Sierra foothills community of El Dorado Hills, CA. Written in 2002, the book contains fast facts and frequently asked questions, community resources, social history, natural history and environment, local and regional issues, and cultural resources. The book is over 300 pages, contains 100 photos and drawings, and is fully indexed. The photographs, taken by the authors in 2002 and 2003, are organized under the same major topics as the book.

The book has been out of print since 2003, but you can download and reprint it using the link below.

The authors hereby grant to local and regional historians, libraries, schools, members of the community, and other interested parties a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, and publicly display the book and photographs.
